The presidential education reform program acronymed as NCLB (Noan Chomsky's Linguistic Bull) has its detracters, including Dr. Chomsky himself. The corn-fed academic summarizes his Chomsky-Schutenbetger Heirarchy of Generative Grammer: "It's like, you know, whatever."
